The JCB-CMH150P 160cc Petrol Seam Welded Cement Mixer is built for professional use with great durability, making it suitable for hire and industrial applications. 

Our Honda powered cement mixer features a robotically welded one-piece chassis, an extra-thick seam welded 134L drum with two welded paddles, and a reinforced boss designed to withstand the demands of heavy-duty site conditions.

High Capacity and Powerful Engine

Its large 100L working capacity and two welded ‘fast mix’ paddles are powered by the trusted Honda GX160 160cc petrol engine, creating strong mixes of concrete and mortar at 32rpm.

Designed for All-Day Use

Designed for all-day hire and industrial use, our petrol cement mixer has a maintenance-free sealed gearbox, and a heavy-duty plastic cover protecting the Honda engine. 

The JCB-CMH150P is compact, fully portable, and can be used on or off its sturdy four-legged stand. It has 12” puncture-proof wheels for easy manoeuvrability on rough terrain, while the mixer can be removed from the stand for convenient storage.

Tilt and Swivel with 3 Locking Positions

It offers three securely lockable working positions and a 360-degree swivel and tilt mechanism for convenient loading, mixing, and discharge, making it ideal for both professional contractors and DIY use in remote locations where no electricity is available.

Overview of Working Positions

• Loading and Mixing - Use this position when loading the machine. Suitable for mixing wet material such as concrete and mortar.
• Discharge - Use this position when the mixing is finished.
• Neutral - This position can be used for dry mixing. As the angle is neutral it can reduce the amount of airborne dust.

*Please note, the cement mixer can be moved to the Neutral position to prevent spillages when refuelling the engine.
