Great service, great communication and a great price
Ordered 2 tracks for a JCB 16C-1. There were able to check that the part numbers were correct for the chassis number. I live in Northern Ireland and the latest changes to trade rules between GB and NI meant there were additional hoops to jmp through (not a fan of Brexit). Holly from Watling worked with me patiently as we sorted ot the paperwork and communication was great.
Tracks arrived 2 days later and are fantastic.
Tracks were delivered within an hour of order being passed to Scot JCB. Excellent service.

Excellent quality and packing at the best price. Delivered the following morning. I have always found Watling the best for tyres and thought I would check to see if they did excavator tracks. I am glad I did. Keep it up Watling!

The one track looks good like new as you expect I ordered two the other track you can see metal through the rubber where sprocket goes if it's been used but the grips look like new so must been cast that way the delivery was late coming saying it was coming and not turning up it was third time lucky the handler was a star sorted the courier out and got delivered at last

Very efficent from ordering to delivery. Just hellish expensive in the extreme, £200 + for a few filters is daylight robbery. Why do top brands like JCB think it is ok to screw their loyal customers in favour of shareholder profit, I would not think twice to switch to another colour in favour of realistic parts pricing, which is a shame becouse I like JCB, but they obviousley don't give a monkies about me!
