Very efficent from ordering to delivery. Just hellish expensive in the extreme, £200 + for a few filters is daylight robbery. Why do top brands like JCB think it is ok to screw their loyal customers in favour of shareholder profit, I would not think twice to switch to another colour in favour of realistic parts pricing, which is a shame becouse I like JCB, but they obviousley don't give a monkies about me!

Good fast delivery and a fair price for a couple of filters.
Ordered the pump mid afternoon and it was dispatched the same day, which I wasn't expecting.
I missed three calls frpm them and rang them back expecting there was a problem, but the calls were to say that the pump had been dispatched.
There was a pin hole in the delivery hose, which I'll call them about, but the delivery hose was a bonus that I wasn't expecting anyway.
The pump seems to perform as the spec stated and looks to be of robust design, but then again, you wouldn't expect anything less from something sold under the JCB brand.
Dont usually do reviews but the item arrived as per schedule, right price and easy to order. I built the unit and had some problems getting it to start, sent 1 email, within 5 mins a reply asking some further questions and some things to try, within a few hours i was up and running (Just needed more oil than i expected!). First class product and service. Will certainly use for equipment purchase and help again in the future.
